<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sign having the remarkable attention arousing function by retroreflecting the incident light from a headlight from the whole surface of a sight line guiding sign. <P>SOLUTION: Glass bead holding recessed parts having the self-reflective function are innumerably formed on a surface of a base and a sign body column, and glass beads having the self-reflective function of a state of being wrapped with a transparent binder, are fitted and held in its recessed parts, and its surface is covered with a transparent photocatalyst layer having the antifouling function.
