<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal display device having an LED back light which suppresses a decrease in light emission efficiency of LEDs and provides highly reliable long-period light liquid crystal display. <P>SOLUTION: On a mount surface of a mount substrate mounted with an LED module, a mount metal film 22, a metal driving wire 24, and a metal film pattern 25 are formed and on the backside, a metal film 26 for heat radiation is formed; and they are joined together through a metal through hole 27 and when the LED module 23 is mounted, a heat radiation material 30 is interposed between it and the mount metal film. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
