<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rapidly detect abnormality with an inexpensive microcomputer without complicating a circuit structure. <P>SOLUTION: This induction heating cooker (rice cooker) is provided with: an induction heating coil 4; an inverter circuit 13; a driving circuit 14; the microcomputer 15; a power voltage detection means 20; a power current detection means 21; and a coil current detection means 22.
