PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for automatically send a rescue request signal when any vehicle accident has occurred, and for specifying the crew of the vehicle whose accident has occurred. SOLUTION: An emergency notification device 100a automatically determines whether the accident of a vehicle 103 has occurred, and when determining that the accident has occurred, the emergency notification device 100a transmits a rescue request signal (f1). The rescue request signal (f1) includes the location information of the vehicle 103 and the credit information of the crew of the vehicle 103. A rescue supporting device 201 set in a first base station 200 receives the rescue request signal (f1) including the location information and the credit information. The rescue supporting device 201 specifies the location of the vehicle 103 from the location information of the rescue request signal (f1), and requests a credit company 300 to collate a person who owns the credit information based on the credit information included in the rescue request signal (f1), and receives the result.
