发明名称 INKJET RECORDER AND DETECTION METHOD OF DISCHARGE DEFECTIVE NOZZLE
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out detection of nozzles in a short time without the need of moving a head for all nozzles in a plurality of nozzle arrays, by a set of a light emitting element and a light receiving element. SOLUTION: There are provided a light emitting means for ejecting a detection light to intersect a trajectory of ink droplets discharged from a plurality of the nozzles, a light receiving means for detecting whether or not the ink droplets pass in an optical path of the detection light by receiving the detection light, a discharge control means for controlling to discharge the ink droplets sequentially in time series towards the optical path of the detection light from each nozzle, a discharge defective nozzle specifying means for specifying discharge defective nozzles, a plurality of light reflecting means disposed on the optical path of the detection light for forming a plurality of optical paths including parallel optical paths arranged by the same interval as that of the nozzle arrays by sequentially bending the detection light towards the light receiving means, and a moving means for moving a relative position between the nozzle array and the detection light so that each position of at least two nozzle arrays agrees with each of the plurality of parallel optical paths arranged by the same interval as that of the nozzle arrays.
