PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical disk apparatus verifying system and an optical disk apparatus verifying program in which recording quality can be verified simply and highly by measuring interference between codes of written data in an optical disk apparatus. SOLUTION: The optical disk apparatus verifying system is provided with an optical disk apparatus 20 which can write data in an optical disk 21, and a computer 60 connected to the optical disk apparatus 20 so that delivery and receipt of data between the optical disk 20 and the system can be performed. Also the system is provided with a display means 68, a data processing means 71 processing totalization data (f) received from the optical disk apparatus 20 so that interference between codes in a binarized RF signal can be analyzed, and a data generation means 72 generating a result of data processing performed by the data processing means 71 as data (g) for display so as to be able to display on the display means 68.
