PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor panel structure of a vehicle body for effectively reducing vibration energy of a floor panel transmitted from frame members of the vehicle body and reducing acoustic radiation from the floor panel. SOLUTION: In this floor panel structure, the floor of an automobile is constituted of the floor panel 4 connected to the plurality of frame members 20, 22, 29, 30 and 37 disposed in vehicle body longitudinal direction and vehicle width direction. In the floor panel 4, each panel region S13, S14, S15 and S16 having at least one part surrounded by the frame members 20, 22, 29, 30 and 37 is formed. In the panel regions S13, S14, S15 and S16, high rigidity parts 92 projected themselves in an upper direction or a lower direction and having almost rectangular shapes in plane view are formed, and low rigidity parts 94 are formed around the high rigidity parts 92.
