PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a classifying and recovering apparatus for industrial waste which can automatically classify combustible waste and noncombustible waste by utilizing wind force and which can easily carry out subsequent recovery, too. SOLUTION: A feeder 20 is attached onto a base pedestal 10 so as to be able to vibrate, and an upper slope 31 and a lower slope 33, at back parts of which a lot of holes 32 are provided by boring, are installed with inclination inside the feeder 20 and an adjuster 39 is attached at a rear end of the upper slope 31. Further, a hood 40 in front of which air draft ducts 70, 80 are connected therewith, is arranged above the feeder 20, a charge port 41 of the industrial waste is constituted at an upper end of the hood 40, a discharge port 42 of the industrial waste is constituted at a lower end of the hood 40 and further repulsive plates 53, 55 are attached inside the hood 40.
