PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a given inserter for inserting a given suture anchor into bone. SOLUTION: This inserter has an external marker which specifically recognizes each orientation and relative longitudinal position of at least two suture passages of given suture anchor which engage so that they can release for the inserter.
