PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a culinary turner which is devised for easy rolling of rolled egg or a Dashimaki (a kind of omelet) and can be used for cooking fried rice or fry-up while the former culinary turner has a scoop section disposed at a tip of a handle in an obliquely upper front direction and is not suitable for cooking the rolled egg or the Dashimaki. SOLUTION: The culinary turner is constituted to have a scoop section disposed with a bend with a dog leg shape making an upper surface of a scoop section the inside at a position of about 4 cm in a longitudinal direction from a tip of a scoop or a scoop section which is set to have a length of about 4 cm in a longitudinal direction, wherein the handle is disposed at a head section of the scoop making the upper surface of the scoop section the inside when each of the above scoop sections is made to face downward or the handle is disposed at a right or left side of the head section of the scoop in an obliquely upward direction of an approximate lateral direction from the viewpoint of the upper surface of the scoop section disposed with the above bend.
