PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hygienical finger harness which does not easily slip off from hand, and is excellent in air permeability and fitting property. SOLUTION: This finger harness 10 is constituted of an approximately rectangular parallelepiped grip section 12, and a finger through section 20 which is provided on the front surface 12A of the grip section 12. The length L of the grip section 12 is set so as to become roughly equivalent to the width of the hand of a user 30, and the width W and the thickness T are set to have dimensions with which the grip section 12 can easily be gripped by the user 30. Also, two through holes 24 and 26 through which the middle finger 32 and the ring finger 34 of the user 30 are passed are formed. The finger through section 20 is provided at a position being closer to one longer edge side of the front surface 12A of the grip section 12, and the grip section 12 is exactly fitted on the palm 36 side at the time of fitting. In addition, on the front surface 12A and the rear surface 12B of the grip section 12, grooves 14 and 16 for ensuring air permeability when being gripped and preventing the palm 36 from becoming stuffy are formed.
