A FOLDING JOINT FOR CONNECTING TWO RIGID RODS

A folding joint to be used for connecting two rigid rods into one unit includes a front folding portion and a rear folding portion. The front folding portion is connected with one end of the rear folding portion by a hinge shaft. In addition, the other end of the rear portion is hinged on a locking hook through a locking pin. The free end of the hook is hooked ­shape. Through at least one flexible element, the other end of the hook connects with the rear portion. The locking hook can rotate around the center of the locking pin. The invention has advantages of fast operation, simple structure and low cost.
