This invention relates to a rubber reinforced resin, that can provide a molded products which have a high level of dimensional accuracy by virtue of a low coefficient of linear expansion and a low molding shrinkage, exhibit high brightness, and are excellent in colorability, slidability, impact resistance, and weathering resistance, and a process for producing the same and a rubber reinforced resin composition. The rubber reinforced resin is a rubber reinforced resin containing a grafted polyorganosiloxane produced by polymerizing 99 to 30% by mass of an aromatic vinyl compound-containing vinyl monomer (m)(wherein the total of component (p) and component (m) is 100% by mass) in the presence of 1 to 70% by mass of polyorganosiloxane (p). The number average particle diameter of the grafted polyorganosiloxane is 4 to 65 nm.
