<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical disk apparatus control program, an optical disk control system, a host computer, and an optical disk apparatus, wherein data can be written in an optical disk with a more optimum write-in setting value. <P>SOLUTION: Data are read out from an optical disk W, a value of pulse width at H levels of a plurality of places of a binarized RF signal of the read out data, the number of pulses having this value, a value of pulse width at L levels of a plurality of places, and the number of pulses having this value are totalized to generate totalization data, the totalization data are transmitted to the host computer, in the host computer, a setting value adjustment function of setting automatically write-in setting values such as setting values of strategy and laser power to an optimum value is realized by the host computer H by analyzing the received totalization data. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
