<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a capturing method and its apparatus for improving the capturing reaction efficiency of target substances by forming a particle aggregate having the ability of capturing the target substances at reaction, constituting a porous body, increasing an apparent reaction surface area, and shortening the diffusion length of the target substances. <P>SOLUTION: Particles capable of aggregating into a redispersible state are made to carry the target substance capturing body and aggregate in a prescribed region in a channel into reaction with a specimen containing the target substances.
