<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat pump water heater having large capacity, reducing the size, reducing cost, and superior in serviceability. <P>SOLUTION: This heat pump water heater is integrally constituted of a refrigerant cycle for connecting a compressor 2, a radiator 3, a radiator 4, a pressure reducing means 5 and an evaporator 6, an air blowing fan 8 for sending air to the evaporator 6, a hot water supply water-refrigerant heat exchanger 9 for changing water into hot water integrally with the radiator 3, a hot water supply circulating water pump 15 for sending water to the hot water supply water-refrigerant heat exchanger 9, a bath heat reserving reheating water-refrigerant heat exchanger 17 for further raising the temperature of hot water of a bath integrally with the radiator 4, a bath circulating water pump 18 for circulating the hot water of the bath, and a hot water storage tank 10 for storing the hot water. A refrigerant circulating circuit, the air blowing fan 8 and the water-refrigerant heat exchanger 9 are arranged in one chassis 41 of a body unit of the heat pump water heater.
