<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an imaging apparatus which is capable of displaying TV video on a liquid crystal monitor, recording TV video in a VTR or displaying a reproduced picture on the liquid crystal monitor by using the liquid crystal monitor including a remote control function, and performing an exchange with a receiver of TV or the like or a receiver of VTR or the like. <P>SOLUTION: An imaging apparatus of the present invention includes: an imaging part (video camera mechanism part) provided in a main body 101 of a video camera for imaging an object; a liquid crystal panel part 117 for displaying an image picked up by the imaging part thereon; a recording part (VTR mechanism part) for recording the picked-up image; a start/stop button (first recording operating part) 106 provided in the main body of the video camera for controlling start of recording of the picked-up image into the recording part; and a start/stop button (second recording operating part) 133 provided near the liquid crystal panel part 117 for controlling start of recording of the picked-up image into the recording part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
