<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently conduct testing by selecting a testing program permitting execution of testing with respect to a device under test. <P>SOLUTION: A table update processing part 140a accepts initial setting information from an input device 200, and initializes a command support table 150a. Then, a judgment processing part 140c judges whether or not commands to be executed by a testing program are supported by a part 110 under test on the basis of the command support table 150a.
