<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a colored photosensitive composition capable of reducing the degree of increase in film thickness and the degree of increase in viscosity when applied after long-term storage. <P>SOLUTION: The colored photosensitive composition comprises a dye, a photosensitizing agent, a curing agent, a solvent and compounds represented by formulae (I) and (II), wherein a content of the compounds is 1-12 mass% based on the amount of the colored photosensitive composition. In the formula (I), R<SP>1</SP>represents alkyl. In the formula (II), R<SP>2</SP>-R<SP>4</SP>each independently represents H, alkyl or aryl, and the alkyl and aryl may be substituted by hydroxyl or alkyl, provided that one of R<SP>2</SP>-R<SP>4</SP>represents a group other than H. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
