<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless communication system, a wireless communication apparatus and a wireless communication method, and a computer program capable of avoiding useless radio wave transmission and reflection due to re-transmission control on the occurrence of a buffer overflow. <P>SOLUTION: A reflected wave reader stops transmission of non-modulation carrier after transmission of a NACK packet on the occurrence of a buffer overflow and restarts transmission of the non-modulation carrier when the buffer overflow is released. Upon the receipt of the NACK packet, a reflector side enters a packet re-transmission procedure but stops packet transmission because no non-modulation carrier arrives. When the non-modulation carrier is transmitted to the reflector, the reflector restarts the packet transmission operation and the reflected wave reader can receive retransmission packet. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
