<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting machine capable of preventing the arrival of heat generated in a heater block at a lifting mechanism part, improving the installation accuracy of a heater block due to miniaturization of an apparatus and reducing energy consumption. <P>SOLUTION: The mounting machine 10 comprises a heating press-contact block 12 having the heater block 22 and a connecting block 42, and an air cylinder 14 for lifting the heating press-contact block 12. Heat insulating materials 38T, 38U are arranged between the heater block 22 and the connecting block 42 and grooves 36 are formed on the ceiling surface 34 of the heater block 22. Since a contact area between the heater block 22 and the heat insulating material 38U is reduced due to the existence of air layers 37 in the constitution of the mounting machine 10, heat transmission to a member close to the heater block 22 can be minimized. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
