<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a power system state estimation calculation device that suppresses the deterioration of the accuracy of an estimation calculation result even if an abnormal telemeter is generated. <P>SOLUTION: The primary side of a transformer is connected to an external connection system of a power system that is subjected to a state estimation calculation, and a secondary-side load system is connected to the secondary side thereof. (not shown in Fig.) When an abnormal telemeter detection means 115 detects the abnormal telemeter of the external connection system, an abnormal system determination means 117 determines the external connection system wherein the abnormal telemeter is generated, a primary-side simulation telemeter calculation means 133 calculates a primary-side simulation telemeter on the basis of secondary-side measurement telemeter data of the secondary-side load system and creates abnormal calculation power system data 134, and a state estimation calculation means 119 performs the state estimation calculation by using the data 134.
