PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic EL display having an electrode structure simultaneously improving brightness and contrast by emitting a luminescence component parallel to an electrode surface which is conventionally useless, outside in a direction perpendicular to an electrode surface, and the electrode structure forming the peripheral structures such as a partition wall with a polymer. SOLUTION: The organic EL display panel of this invention includes: a substrate; a plurality of banks extended in parallel mutually on the substrate at an interval and having a top face, a bottom face and two side faces with a cross-section in a lateral direction in a tapered shape; and an electrode layer formed covering between the adjacent banks and side faces of the two adjacent banks facing each other.
