PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a static electricity discharging structure of an electronic device or the like capable of discharging static electricity by using a metal box, disusing any grounding wire. SOLUTION: The static electricity discharging structure is composed of a ground pattern 7 for discharging static electricity formed on a circuit board 2 housed in a box 1 made of metal; an FG pattern 7a formed on a part of the ground pattern 7 for discharging static electricity with an insulation part 7b separating them from each other, electrically connected to the box 1; and an RC component 8 connected between the ground pattern7 for discharging static electricity and the FG pattern 7a. The static electricity discharged from a human body to the box 1 is attenuated by the RC component 8 and discharged to the ground pattern 7 for discharging static electricity. Since the static electricity is not directly discharged to the electronic component or the like mounted on the circuit board 2, breakage of the electronic components or the like caused by the static electricity or an erroneous operation of a circuit can be prevented in advance.
