PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily predict the change of a tire in consideration of the change with age of the tire such as a pneumatic tire used for an automobile or the like. SOLUTION: This method is executed as follows: a condition of the change with age is set (106) as a global model acquired by modeling a tire by a finite element method from a tire design plan of a shape, a structure or the like (100); the whole tire is grasped in consideration of abrasion or internal heat transfer at the running time (110-122); a displacement is added as a boundary condition to a local model near a reinforcing cord; crack progression is grasped by determining a breakage parameter by a J integrated value or a drag for preventing breakage (133-137); and the change with age of the tire is predicted and a result is outputted (142). Therefore, since prediction of a lifetime of the tire can be separated into a global model calculation and a local model calculation, the lifetime of the tire can be predicted, while reducing a calculation load.
