PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reflector device capable of being mounted so that a reflecting plate of the reflector is perpendicular to the horizontal direction even if the front face of the front basket is inclined when mounting the reflector to the front face of the front basket of the bicycle. SOLUTION: The reflector device has a reflecting plate holding part, a basket side fixing part, and a fixing means, and the reflecting plate holding part is movable in the direction where the front face of the reflecting plate turns around the horizontal axis in a state inserted in a recessed part of the basket side fixing part, is fixably formed by the fixing means at the moved position, and a side face blocking plate which blocks a side opening of the reflecting plate holding part from the outside at the side where the side opening of at least reflecting plate holding part among the side face of the basket side fixing part is opened. The side face blocking plate is formed so that the whole or a part of the side end parts of the reflecting plate supported by the reflecting plate holding part may not drop out by abutting to the side face blocking plate in the state inserting the reflecting plate holding part in the recesses part.
