PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a theft preventive device for motorcycle, characterized by fixing a base iron plate having a considerable weight (about 40-50 kg) to a motorcycle in an integrated manner so that the motorcycle is difficult to move by itself, so that the motorcycle can be safely parked or stored in this state. SOLUTION: This device comprises the base iron plate 1 having an area capable of substantially placing the motorcycle 11, and a substantially U-shaped lock member 2 capable of pressing and locking the motorcycle to the base iron plate from above. Anchor tools 4 for engagingly locking anchor cables 12 are attached to proper positions of the upper surface of the base iron plate, and storage receiving tools 5 for receiving both tip parts 2a and 2b of the lock member 2 while adjusting the insert lengths thereof are attached to about the center of the upper surface of the base iron plate so as to be rockable to the base iron plate 1. This device further comprises fixing tools with key 3 capable of fixing the engaging locking positions of the both tip parts of the lock member with the storage receiving tools.
