PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative sheet which has sufficient durability as a building material, and generates little carbon dioxide gas in the case of incineration after being discarded. SOLUTION: In the decorative sheet comprising a decorated base sheet and a surface protecting layer laminated on the base sheet, the base sheet is composed mainly of a resin from a natural product, and the surface protecting layer is a crosslinked and cured decorative sheet of an ionizing radiation-curable resin composition.
