SOLUTION: In regard to the filing utensil 1 which is inserted into a plurality of through-holes 2a provided in the end part of a sheet or the like 2, so as to bind a plurality of sheets or the like 2, a wire rod constituted mainly of a biodegradable plastic is molded spirally.
