PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plastic material filter device of which the pressure loss is reduced because the processing of a slide bar becomes easy, the filtering area of a filter becomes large and the wall thickness of the filter can be reduced. SOLUTION: In the plastic material filter device constituted so that the slide bar 5, which is provided with an intermediate flow channel 6 for allowing an inflow side flow channel 2 and an outflow side flow channel 3 to communicate with each other, is inserted in a housing 1 provided with the inflow side flow channel 2 and the outflow side flow channel 3 so as to be freely moved in an axial direction and the cylindrical filter 9 concentric to the slide bar 5 is provided to the intermediate flow channel 6, the filter 9 is held in the slide bar 5 in a state freely detachable in the axial direction of the slide bar 5.
