PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive cutter provided with a reference side vice of a material feeding vice device and a reference vice of a body vice device so as to be freely positioned at two positions of a material feeding reference position and a runout position and capable of accurately cutting short end material. SOLUTION: The cutter is provided with the body vice device 27 comprising the reference vice 33 and a moving vice 47 capable of freely approaching/separating from the reference vice 33 and the material feeding vice device 25 comprising a fixed vice 55 and a moving vice 61 capable of freely approaching/separating from the fixed vice 55 at the rear of the body vice device. A fixed vice jaw of the material feeding vice device is provided at the material feeding reference position 39 and the run-off position 41 a little bit retreating from the material feeding reference position so as to be freely moved and positioned. The reference vice of the body vice device is provided at the material feeding reference position and the runout position so as to be freely moved. Abutting parts 71 capable of freely abutting on a rear end part of a material to be cut are provided at the fixed vice jaw of the material feeding vice device and the front end face of the moving vice.
