PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dipped type membrane cartridge with enhanced durability against aeration. SOLUTION: This dipped type membrane cartridge has a resin filter plate 41 and a filter membrane 44 disposed by covering a surface of the filter plate 41 and a fixed part formed by welding the filter membrane 44 to a welding margin formed along the filter plate 41. The filter membrane 44 is formed by forming an organic membrane 44b on front and rear sides of a nonwoven fabric membrane support material 44a, and a welding layer F is formed so as to reach the front layer of the welding face side of the membrane support 44a at the fixed part.
