PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet cosmetic which can impart a dryness-free smooth touch to the skin without detriment to the dryness and smoothness of the skin and is highly able to keep the skin dry and smooth. SOLUTION: The sheet cosmetic is prepared by impregnating a sheet-like base with an aqueous dispersion containing (a) a crosslinked (meth)acrylate ester resin powder having compression strength of 0.7 to 10 kgf/mm<SP>2</SP>and (b) an oily ingredient.
