PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an amine stilbene derivative suitably usable as a charge transport agent for electrophotographic photoreceptors or the like, to provide a method for producing the derivative, and to provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor having high sensitivity and durability. SOLUTION: The invention relates to the amine stilbene derivative, the method for producing the same and electrophotographic phtoreceptor, wherein the amine stilbene derivative is represented by general formula (1). (In the general formula (1), A-D and R1-R14are each independently a halogen atom, an alkyl group, an alkoxy group, an aryl group, etc., and the repeating number a-d are each independently an integer of 0-4.).
