PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food packaging container suitably used in a first food store or the like and to provide food packaging ware and packaged food. SOLUTION: The food packaging container 10 comprises a frame 5, and a tongue 6 inserted in the frame 5. The tongue 6 includes a bottom section inserted in the frame 5 and formed so as to correspond to the curved shape of the frame 5. After part of food 30 is eaten, the food 30 remaining in the frame is pushed up by pressing the bottom section of the tongue 6 upward from below with finger tips. This makes it possible to eat up the food without directly touching the food. Since the food 30 is covered with the frame 5, the food is prevented from being crushed when it is carried.
