PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for taking out a viscous fluid capable of shortening the time for taking out the viscous fluid from a bag made of a flexible resin and decreasing the amount of remaining of the viscous fluid, and an air feeding tool used for the method. SOLUTION: In the method for taking out the viscous fluid which takes out the viscous fluid from the bag 1 made of the flexible resin storing the viscous fluid by a pump 7, the viscous fluid is delivered from a spout 3 provided on the lower part 1a on one end side of the bag 1 made of the resin by the pump 7, and pressurized air is fed into the bag 1 made of the resin from the upper part of the bag 1 made of the resin.
