PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a producing method of composite particle capable of producing metal oxide fine particles coated with a polyimide resin through a short-time and simple process. SOLUTION: Firstly, a reactive solution containing polyamic acid as precursor of the polyimide resin and the metal oxide fine particles is prepared. Subsequently, by irradiating the prepared reactive solution with ultrasonic waves, the metal oxide fine particles are dispersed and the surface of the dispersed metal oxide fine particles are covered with a synthesized polyimide resin.
