PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To recover organic matter in waste water by separating it before its decomposition. SOLUTION: A farm product processing waste liquid treatment device treats waste water containing waste starch (organic matter) generated during processes for producing starch (useful material) from a potato (a farm product), and comprises a concentration device (a concentration means) 2 for evaporating moisture from the waste water to obtain concentrated waste water of high waste starch concentration, and a spray dryer (a spray drying means) 3 for spraying the concentrated waste water obtained in the concentration device 2 into a high-temperature atmosphere to evaporate the moisture of the concentrated waste water.
