摘要 The invention relates to a novel rear axle structure for a motor vehicle comprising a twist-beam rear axle (1) for a motor vehicle with two wheel-supporting trailing arms (5, 7), a cross strut (17) connecting the two trailing arms (5, 7) and extending in the longitudinal direction X of the vehicle before an imaginary connecting line (27) of the wheel axles (9, 11). Said structure further comprises bearing points (23, 25) disposed in the undercarriage ends (19, 21) of the trailing arms (5, 7) for supporting the twist-beam rear axle (1) on the undercarriage of the motor vehicle. The twist-beam rear axle (1) is mounted to an additional subframe (3) by means of two bearing points (23, 25), said subframe (3) being supported on the undercarriage of the motor vehicle by means of a subframe bearing (29, 31, 33, 35). The common motion pole (55) of the subframe (3) and the twist-beam rear axle (1) is located in the longitudinal direction X of the vehicle behind the imaginary connecting line (27) of the rear wheel axles (9, 11).
