In jacket sleeve (2) is located contact element, axially slidable against spring force whose contact section protrudes from sleeve. Contact section contains radially protruding stop element (7). Sleeve carries thread for securing sprung contact pin (1).Stop element comprises at least one tool engagement and/or action fitting (33) for rotary tool for jacket sleeve rotation. Preferably stop element is in form of stop plate (14). Typically tool engagement and/or action fitting is at least one edge-open recess (16), or at least opening in stop element. Independent claims are included for sprung contact pin appliance with rotary tool and sprung contact pin.
