<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support powder on a metal substrate firmly. <P>SOLUTION: Slurry for supporting the powder on the metal substrate contains at least boehmite and/or ceramic adhesive and preferably further contains at least one or more kinds of powders selected from TiO<SB>2</SB>-SiO<SB>2</SB>, TiO<SB>2</SB>-Al<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>, TiO<SB>2</SB>-ZrO<SB>2</SB>, ZrO<SB>2</SB>-Al<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>, TiO<SB>2</SB>-P<SB>2</SB>O<SB>5</SB>, TiO<SB>2</SB>-B<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>, γ-Al<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>, β-Al<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>, δ-Al<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>, θ-Al<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>, TiO<SB>2</SB>, SiO<SB>2</SB>and ZrO<SB>2</SB>; silica sol or alumina sol; or both of them.
