<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image printing system capable of determining whether or not an image selected by a user has high quality, and printing a high-quality image. <P>SOLUTION: The image printing system displays an image such as a motion image, and prints an image selected by the user etc. in the displayed image. The image printing system determines whether or not the image selected by the user has high quality by using a differential signal before and after frames to be calculated in image processing. In this way, the selected image can be easily evaluated by a simple system.
