<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for driving a thin plate, which can obtain a high drive performance, has a simple structure and is manufactured easily. <P>SOLUTION: The device for driving the thin plate is equipped with a base section having a magnetic field producing section which produces a magnetic field; a fixed section 21 which is made up of a plate material and fixed to the base section; a thin plate member 13 which is formed at the fixed section 21 continuously via a connection support section 22 and has one tilting section 23, being supported at the connection support section 22 so as to able to tilt relative to the fixed section 21, while being centered by two axes A, B being at right angles to each other; and a plurality of coil sections 14-17 which are disposed at the tilting section 23 that should be tilted of the tilting section 23 about the two axes A, B. The connection support section 22 is in the form made up by connecting a first connection section 22a which extends parallel with respect to one axis A and perpendicularly with respect to the other axis B, with a second connection section 22b which extends perpendicularly with respect to the one axis A and parallel to the other axis B. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
