<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic part which can excellently perform securing of an object to be secured and to provide a fixing method of the electronic part. <P>SOLUTION: A laminated piezo-electric element PE includes a body 1 having a flat first surface 1s. In the body 1, individual electrodes 2, a common electrode 4 and a through electrode 14 are arranged. On the first surface 1s of the body 1, these individual electrodes 2, the common electrode 4, a surface electrode 17 electrically connected to the through electrode 14, and a dummy electrode 20 are formed.
