<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily take in and out a wood club while securing its protection even during a round. <P>SOLUTION: A club case comprises a cylindrical shaft housing part 20 for housing a shaft part and covering almost all of it and a head housing part 10A provided on the side of the shaft insertion end 20a for housing a head part, the head housing part 10A is provided with a take-in/take-out opening 13A opened on the upper end side and a lid member 12A which closes it and is made freely openable and closable up and down, and the wood club is taken in and out from the upper part of the head housing part 10A. The shaft housing part 20 is composed of a tapered part 22 whose inner diameter is reduced from the side of the shaft insertion end 20a to an end side and a cylindrical part 21 which is continued to it and whose inner diameter is almost the same to the end.
