<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game system capable of constructing an environment where a beginner and an expert want to be involved positively. <P>SOLUTION: The game system composed by connecting two or more pieces of terminal equipment and a server through a communication channel comprises: a level value storage means for storing the level value of a player; a level value setting means for setting a prescribed level value to the player; a level value comparison means for comparing the level value of an opponent player; a point value reduction means for reducing a point value set to a character corresponding to the kind of a behavior when the character performs prescribed behavior in a match; and a point value restoration means for restoring the point value with time during the match.
