PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an observer to be informed of whereabouts of a flight object such as a hang glider, a hot-air balloon or the like, in the case the flight object goes or recedes from his/her sight, and its whereabouts location becomes unclear, when observing the flight of the flight object. SOLUTION: A system is provided, in which a GPS location detecting means 2 that detects its whereabouts location, a transmitting means 5 and a receiving means 6 are disposed on the side of the flight object, and a receiving means 9, a transmitting means 14 and a operating/displaying means 12 are disposed on the side of the observer. When the flight is determined to be in a state of emergency, detected location information from the GPS location detecting means 2 is sent to the side of the observer and displayed on the operating/displaying means 12, in accordance with a request from the observer, a determination of the flight object side and an automatic determination of the GPS location detecting means 2.
