PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately detect quantity of state on a downstream of a compressor or a turbine which a supercharger is provided with in relation to a control device for an internal combustion engine with a supercharger. SOLUTION: A compressor 12 of a turbocharger 10 is arranged in an intake air passage of the internal combustion engine. Clearances between a housing of the compressor 12 and an impeller 20 are detected as compressor clearances CLIC, CLOC.
