PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a superconductive magnetic levitation system which reduces a leaked magnetic field above a superconductive coil and besides can increase its lift-drag ratio. SOLUTION: The superconductive magnetic levitation system possesses: a race track type main superconductive coil 8 which is arranged on the side of a vehicle running on a guide way 1; a race track type auxiliary superconductive coil 9 which is arranged above this main superconductive coil 8 and also has the reverse polarity to the above main superconductive coil 8; and ground coil sets 4 where 8-shaped ground coils, which connect by null flux two upper and lower coils each with each other, being positioned at the right and left of the guide way 1, are arranged continuously in the direction of the advance of the above vehicle.
