PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio terminal that inexpensively and effectively utilizes a frequency band and can identify a radio terminal mounted to the same vehicle, and to provide a radio local network constructed by the radio terminal. SOLUTION: A radio LAN 100 is constructed by a plurality of slave terminals 11-17 and a master terminal 20 that becomes the relay point of a signal transmitted from the slave terminals 11-17. When the reception strength of a received signal is a constant while the travelling state of the vehicle is being detected, the master terminal 20 sets an identification code included in the signal as a communicable terminal, and disables communication with a terminal that is not set as the communicable terminal.
